Our Advisory Work

We specialise in providing advice and strategies to help schools to support children who have experienced developmental trauma and loss.

Through our membership programme we are able to offer ongoing advice and support including attending meetings and working as a mentor/ advocate for Children Looked After.

Our Services

One to one tuition in school hours to help students to realise their full potential.

We provide support for children of all ages and abilities in one to one settings.

Our professionally trained, and fully police checked tutors are able to provide bespoke learning packages for your students.

After the initial meeting, we will agree on the main areas which need to be covered and a proposed week by week plan of how we are able to best support the student.

We can offer sessions on core subjects and EAL for students new to the school. This is competitively priced and can be covered by Pupil Premium and Pupil Premium Plus funding. Please ring Rosie for details. 01275 235 141.

Policy writing and best practice

We are able to provide advice on CLA policy writing and best practice in line with government requirements and current best thinking.

We are also able to offer support and advice for students in care or coming into care. We are able to attend PEP meetings in an advisory capacity or to chair the meeting.

We are also able to liaise with parents, carers, social workers and Out of County schools to bring together an education plan for Children Looked After.
